Terms of service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses via our online store EZZRAM.

2. Contract conclusion

The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods in your cart. Our order confirmation email constitutes acceptance of your order and concludes the purchase contract.

3. Prices and shipping

All prices include statutory VAT. We ship free of charge within the European Union. Delivery times are stated on the respective product page.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon conclusion of the contract. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

5. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Details are set out in our Refund & Withdrawal Policy.

7. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. If a delivered item is defective, you may demand repair or replacement; if this fails, you may reduce the price or withdraw from the contract.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

9. Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence.
