Right of withdrawal (Widerrufsbelehrung)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (EZZRAM, [YOUR ADDRESS], email: ameerabdullahibala@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery, or to goods made to your specifications.
